As a caregiver, their updated AI phone service is horrendous. I can no longer call to order a refill for the person I'm caring for from my phone since it won't validate identity due to phone numbers. Then, when I try talking to a real person, I still can't get through.

When i walked up there were 6 people there including the pharmacist. None of them were paying attention to anyone and I was on a time restriction because I had gotten there on my lunch break. I had finally got the attention of a guy working there and he came up and made me wait while some guy that just started walking up an aisle wanted to chat.
