Every single time I need to get a prescription filled I call ahead so it will be ready when I get there but every single time I have to wait 30 minutes or longer for them to fill my prescription once I get there. They never have enough people working the pharmacy. Wish I could transfer to another drug store but unfortunately this is the one our company wants us to use
Worst pharmacy ever. Their pharmacists could use some customer service training. Be kind. Everyone is human and deserves respect.
I walked in not greeted by anyone and then I was followed around like I was a theif manager followed me around every Isle and never asked me one time did I need anything I felt her eyes staring me down the entire time. Most rudest place In gastonia I would never advise anyone to spend their money their treat me very racist and their attitude was distrustful disgusting deplorable!!!!!!!
I think it's great everybody is so nice and helpful. They know me by name and help me with my dad's health care needs also.
