Was in on 8/10, and the new, black pharmacist treated me like I am some sort of junkie got needing my pain medication which was DUE. She shouted over 2 counters basically all of my personal information. She tried to make it seem as if I was hopping from pharmacy to pharmacy when really I was away on vacation, and also have a new insurance. Instead of explaining that to me, she belittled, and discriminated again a chronic pain patient. I have worked in healthcare over 15 years, and would never treat a patient this way. I will never go into this CVS again. The young man behind the counter kept his back to two customers, one of them me, while we waited in line for a cashier. I said, excuse me and he said "there is self-checkout." I'm disabled and do not use self-checkout but he decided he was too busy. A rude and awful person. I used to go to this CVS often, but I'll head to the Rite Aid next time.
