I had a coupon on the app for a free essie nail polish up to 12 dollars. I tried to use it and the very rude cashier acted like I was trying to steal a nail polish. Then she told me it was for a larger size, which the coupon doesn't state any particular size. I went and grabbed a different one and she raised her voice and yelled that it had to be a 12 dollar one. There are no 12 dollar ones, and the coupon says "up to 12 dollars ". I visited CVS Pharmacy in Millbury, MA this past week. I am not very good with the photo machines there and this lovely person by the name of Rosa came to my aid and took the time to show me how it's done.
