My scripts have to be filled through CVS after my company switched to a new insurer. The techs are super sweet which is their only saving grace. The phone tree is always down. The pharmacists are rude and really couldn’t care less. I get it. We’re all burnt out in healthcare but what I’m experiencing outside of the first two things I mentioned is absolutely ridiculous and dangerous. One concern I had was that the person who gave me the vaccines had long fingernails and wasn't wearing gloves. I didn't see her disinfect her hands with alcohol or any other sanitizer.
