This pharmacy needs to hire more people there so unfortunately understaffed that just to get a prescription it’s taking a long time for example my antibiotics have been in fill status since I was discharged from hospital yesterday you need to do better than this not to mention they not been billing correctly I talk to medicare today and they told me they would try to get me reimbursed for my charges 🤦♀️
The automated system to requests refills is always down, and when you try to speak with a representative, the phone tree “doesn’t allow that feature”. When you call the store, the employees “aren’t able to transfer calls to the pharmacy”. For people who work full time, have small children, or don’t have reliable transportation, this is absolutely absurd. If Rite Aid were still open I’d still be a loyal customer. I’ll be transferring my care to another pharmacy.

They refuse to look at you. They get mad if you don't automatically know to use the tablet, which has a terrible ui. They no longer act like or treat you like people. They used to be kind, now they look like they hate their jobs and customers
