The automated system to requests refills is always down, and when you try to speak with a representative, the phone tree “doesn’t allow that feature”. When you call the store, the employees “aren’t able to transfer calls to the pharmacy”. For people who work full time, have small children, or don’t have reliable transportation, this is absolutely absurd. If Rite Aid were still open I’d still be a loyal customer. I’ll be transferring my care to another pharmacy.

They refuse to look at you. They get mad if you don't automatically know to use the tablet, which has a terrible ui. They no longer act like or treat you like people. They used to be kind, now they look like they hate their jobs and customers
In the crazy world we live in and the unpredictability of everyday life. CVS in the Fairview Target store is the BEST and most dependable and reliable place we visit. Heather greats you with a friendly smile and a kind disposition. The Pharmacist's are knowledgeable and ready for anything that comes their way. 5 star review all the way around . Great job and keep up the unmatchable service.
