I will never do business with this pharmacy and their incompetent staff ever again. The most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. When speaking with the pharmacist on the phone she was condescending and rude. I came to pick up my medication after the hospital, I came at 1:28pm and the pharmacist was helping a customer. Didn’t say a word until I got to the counter and she shut the gate in my face. I’m so glad this is how this pharmacy treats patients that need their medications.
Staff and pharmacists were patient and professional. They were incredibly kind and helpful by answering all my questions and even assisting me with setting up a vaccine appointments. I made the move to CVS because the staff at Walgreens were overwhelmed and impatient. They even yelled at my son when he was nervous about getting his flu shot. I’m 100% all about CVS! Especially THIS location.
Slow, lost my prescription, made me wait for 20min while they “look” for it. Suddenly it appeared after they helped 5 other people. Second time it’s happened.
