They botched my prescription. For some reason instead of filling it the way my doctor wrote it, the broke it into fewer pills, more refills. (I did not use my insurance so that shouldn't have dictated anything.) I had hoped that their textual submission would work, but it simply triggers a callback from someone who ostensibly didn't read it. Line was long and staff seemed very ready to go home.

I’ve been getting my prescriptions filled at cvs for a few months and the staff is so nice! Especially Connor. He’s always friendly and has a smile on his face very professional! It makes going there really nice! All the staff is always friendly and welcoming. We even got some vaccines there and the pharmacist was great. The quality of the medications is better than most pharmacies too. And when I had a migraine I was able to have the meds delivered within an hour for $10. Great pharmacy!
This place couldn't be more incompetent. I called every day for a week to tell them I needed to be sure that my medication would be ready today because I would be traveling. Every day they assured me the medication would be ready. Even this morning they called me to assure me that the medication would be available for pick up. I just get a call now that they didn't receive the medication and I would have to drive 40 minutes to another pharmacy to receive my prescription before it close in 4 hours. I'm really shocked.
