I will never be using cvs again. I have been using you guys for years but this FIGHT for a medication was absurd and unnessery. My medication for a mental health issue needed a prior authorization.okay cool. I have had to get those before. This was on Nov 24th. My doctors office called me on the 25th and told me it had gone through. I called cvs and told them and they told me every day till today that no,my doctors office was wrong. Literally EVERY time I go in this store there is a problem/issue! Today it's not getting a $4 extracare buck for a purchase of the covergirl smoochies. I'm so sick of having to deal with the lack of correct programming of whatever the problem is! I have things to do and I can't always go back to have the issue resolved! I'm just going to go to Charlton instead...NEVER a problem there!!
