The pharmacy staff need to know how to professionally conduct themselves on the phone. Whenever I have to call them (which isn't very often) I always feel like I'm bothering them. So rude.
The company I work for has been trying since January to get our new CVS credit cards delivered. It is May, we have called the 800 number 3 times, and we still have no cards. CVS is where we do all of our shopping for supplies for our office. Perhaps we should switch companies.
