I've been filling my family's prescriptions at CVS for over 25 years and I'll never switch.
Strangely passive aggressive and defensive pharmacy worker. I was unable to pick up my prescription weeks prior due to a name misspelling. After I pushed for an explanation, the drive-thru worker was cryptic about it saying, “we don’t have it under THAT name.” No big deal. I figured it could’ve been a liability issue so I tried again today, prepared with documents to prove my identity.
