cant even get a hold of them outside of their voicemail box that they dont even check but demand you use! I needed to expedite medication from one place to another due to some insurance trouble, and after 7 hours of waiting on their response i go to the cvs to see if its ready, the cvs employee tries to tell me i needed to have left a voicemail, which i did 6 hours earlier mind you, and then blamed me for lack of preparedness when They wouldnt properly answer the phone!! I called to get a prescription transferred because we hade moved. I left a message per instructions. The gal who called back told me "we wont get to this until Sunday because we are a really busy store and we dont have time to make phone calls"

Don’t expect good customer service here. If you ask for anything out of the ordinary, they will tell you they are a busy store and won’t get to it for at least a week. Has happened to me twice in 4 months now. Guess I’ll find somewhere else. Just trying to save others the hassle.

This is the best pharmacy I've ever been to. It has actually changed my life due to the fact that my son and I are both on ADHD meds and can actually get our prescriptions filled. I have been to other pharmacies where the techs don't understand that the medication is NOT a refill- and they don't understand the generic name vs the brand. It would take me in average 2 trips and an hour phone call before to get it filled. I love this pharmacy, I can keep my job and my son can do well in school thank you guys!!!!!
