The staff here is great. They have been Very helpful every time I've had a problem or issue with my insurance. They have gone above and beyond to try and help and resolve any problem. I've been here almost 2 times a month because of my kids and every time I come there's always an issue on my insurances side of things and the staff always manages to help. They are very patient and understanding.
I am aware that the CVS name was recently in the news for something negative. That has not been my experience.
They are kind and patients in the attendance. If you need to clarify any prescription they support with these, We appreciate your maintaining your excellent service.
Usually very helpful and pleasant staff, but can be busy at times.
