I went to pick up my prescriptions and was the first customer in line when the pharmacy opened. The system was down, which resulted in a wait of about 15 minutes. When my prescriptions were rung up, it appeared that my insurance had not been applied. I brought this to the pharmacist’s attention and was told it would take some additional time to resolve. They switched my medication brand no notification and certain one make me sick or don't work when got home took and started get sick called pharmacy told him if he could replace he said no have contract now different company realize probably cheaper but if was told would went somewhere else not dealing with this cvs does not care and amount money my insurance company spends a year they would not want loose me as a customer

Great experience! Alexa, the pharmacy tech was so helpful. I use GoodRx and she searched and found a cheaper price. It really helps, since I am on a fixed income. Alexa treated me as a person, not just a job. Thank you, Alexa.
