Went at 9:30 AM to pick up medicine for my mom getting out of the hospital and the pharmacy wasn’t open even though it was supposed to be open at 9 AM. Pharmacy technicians outside apologizing. Somebody must have overslept. I never write reviews, but I think some accountability is needed to prevent this in the future Waiting for 30 minutes still not open so I guess I’m gonna leave and come back later

Amazing experience using the Veteran Affairs Community Care service with this pharmacy. Julia was great at quickly escalating the matter to her Supervisor and ultimately help get prescriptions filled. I appreciate her efforts and also that of her Supervisor which showed they cared about patient care AND of our Veterans. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
