The pharmacist had an attitude with me because I asked her about thrush medication. Sorry I didn’t know it was only prescription. It’s not what she said, but how she said it. Not only will I NEVER shop there again, but I’m also selling my stock after I write corporate an email about her attitude and “customer service”.
Dr calls in a prescription or you bring a prescription in 4-5 days in advance why EVERY month do I have to make 3-4 trips to pick up medication!?! I understand it has to be ordered but it only takes a day to deliver it to the store!!!!!!! Obviously the manager or DM doesn't care either because corporate has been called 2 months in a row. Take your medication ANYWHERE but this location!
I usually stop at this CVS on my way home from work for little last minute items. The staff is always so nice but today one of the ladies there went above and beyond to help. My son is sick with a stomach bug and needed some Gatorade but I didnt want to bring him in the store with him being as sick as he is and him making a mess. I called and asked if someone could run my card over the phone for some Gatorade and run it to the car once I got there.
