I have a lot of concerns that the pharmacy would Charge a patient for a prescription and not put it through the insurance company. Somehow this seems both unethical and illegal.

The manager at this CVS is excellent. Everybody is very helpful.
One of the best CVS locations because there’s always someone available when you need help. You don’t have to search around an empty store, staff are visible, approachable, and ready to assist right away.
