This is my first 1 star review I called and asked if I could get several prescriptions refilled and I was cut off mid sentence “we don’t have one of those in stock” and got hung up on this is crazy. Before I could even ask about the rest of my meds I got hung up on??? Actually wild.
CVS has fallen from grace with me. They are so impersonal and taking away jobs from people because of using self-check out, self check-in and no body answers the phone at the pharmacy, just a rebot and NO you cannot get through to anybody. You have to leave a message and they will get back to you in at least an hour. Sometimes it is quick. However, I have two emergency situations with a prescription and needed the pharmacist right away it was time sensitive - that did not go so well at all.
