Went to check out at the pharmacy cash register with a bottle Mucinex and the young black lady told me next time to go to the front. She’s too busy to check me out. I addressed it with the manager Carter, but doubt anything happens. The young lady needs retrained on Customerservice.
Convenient location, great service, friendly staff, excellent selection of products and services
I have a lot of concerns that the pharmacy would Charge a patient for a prescription and not put it through the insurance company. Somehow this seems both unethical and illegal.
