They deleted my appointment that was promised over the phone. I drove the 30 minutes there and waited an hour in line before they told me. I called to report them and they hung up on me.
They offered me a free flu shot and when they found out I didn’t have insurance they wanted $40 for it. In this political climate most 20 somethings don’t have insurance.
Recommendedwent to get a covid-19 test. very fast and easy. very informative, friendly and courteous. use CVS at my local Target store and have for years.
I cannot say enough good things about the 4000 East Bay Store. The Manager Elaynia, spelling? The pharmacists all know me and make me feel comfortable. I recommended my brother use Cvs. My 76 yr old husband and myself have been using CVS forever. In Ohio when I visit my son frequently, no problem ever. It’s like my favorite spot to stop by.
Horrible Incompetent service at the pharmacy. I will not be going back there they screwed up my prescription then have the nerve to give me an attitude!?!?!
I put in an order for pictures assuming one hour and they keep increasing the time for pickup I ordered them online and they gave me a 3hour window . Went to pick them up and they keep increasing the time smh would've been better going to Walmart I ordered them in the morning and needed them by 4pm !
