I want to give a huge thank you to the pharmacist who helped me with my flu shot. Because I’m over 65, my UHC insurance tried to force the high-dose vaccine, but I can’t tolerate it—it makes me very sick. Instead of brushing me off, she truly listened, was caring and patient, and went the extra mile to override the system so I could get the regular flu shot. She was knowledgeable, compassionate, and determined to find a solution that worked for me. I’m so grateful for her help—pharmacists like her make all the difference!
Amazing service! I drive 10 miles, even though there is a CVS very near me, because of their great service!!
They let non-service dogs in the store, some not even on a leash. I had to go thru 3 people before I could get a manager to report this. The manager informed me the lady brings her dog in regularly. The store not only sells drug items, but groceries as well. This is very nasty. This was at the Lake Jackson, Texas store on Oyster Creek Drive.

Felton and Erin are always very helpful. I have a CVS closer to me but chose to visit this specific CVS just because the stellar customer experience Felton provides. We have small talk when there is no line and asks me questions about additional preventative care like flue shots, etc. I am older and take medication for a couple of long term illnesses like Crohn’s disease. This staff is wonderful and keep my business private. Much Kudos!
