Slowest drive thru ever..
I had an unpleasant experience when dealing with Jim, who is supposedly a manager there. I went there to pick up an icy/hot therapy for my friend since her back had been hurting her more than usual lately. I had gotten the wrong icy/hot therapy so I went back with my friend to return it and get the one she needed. I returned the one she didn't need and Jim made the problem more of an issue than it should have been.
