This pharmacy is a hit or miss as of late. Today was a miss. Pharmacist whose name I wasn't able to get because she wasn't wearing a name tag (but she was wearing a face mask) was rude and unprofessional when I asked if they were open. She replied with an attitude that they open at 9am. It was 9:10 whrn I got there and the gates were down and lights off. Line of 10 people and only 1 pharmacies. Waited over 40 min to get my prescription. Insane.
I needed a detrimental to my health prescription filled and was met with arrogance, no help and a bad attitude. I went in person to check on my prescription that I absolutely needed by a certain date, I checked in with voicemails that were never returned and ultimately, I was left high and dry without my medication. These workers didn’t even care to help me find out which other CVS locations had my medication. They were well aware of how important it was for me to get this medication and they were acting like it was nothing ... read more
