Terrible staff in the pharmacy. Very unorganized. Was told to come back and pick my prescriptions up in an hour. When I got there they still hadn't gotten to them. Was told to come back in 15-20 min. When I got back the 2ed time they still didn't get to them. All awhile they are chatting it up and having a good time. Terrible terrible service.
This is the worst CVS I have ever been to. Not only did the pharmacist fail to fill the prescription to the Drs orders, she then proceeded to blame me and the doctor for her ineptitude. When I tried to get the GM on the phone, she consistently avoided me. The GM Mellissa is a coward and fails to run an honest store. I plan to bring this issue further to the district level and will fill claims with corporate. This is completely unacceptable. I recommend any other pharmacy to CVS. Use with caution.
