I hate shots but I love going to CVS for my vaccinations as they are so nice and helpful. There was one person after me but that did not deter the staff from taking their time and with conversations distracting me from the 'needles'...........I so appreciated that technique:) The staff members name is ANH.........she makes me feel like a friend. She is awesome!

Call multiple times. Asked to be connected to pharmacy personnel. In all cases it asks to leave a voice message and wait for call back. Not going to bother them again.
Right when I got there they greeted me with a smile and asked how I was and what can they do for me. I told them what I was there for and they were quick and efficient in helping me. The lady who gave me my my shingles shot new I was nervous and scared, she kept me calm and talked to me while giving me the shot. Honestly, she made me feel like we were friends for many years. The staff is always nice and efficient
