First problem was a few months ago When my prescription was back ordered And they neglected to inform me of this after I had refilled the prescription, and they were argumentative about they shouldn’t have to let me know about that And tonight on my way home I was stuck in traffic and was due to arrive 3 minutes after closing The pharmacist felt the need to tell me that “No I won’t stay open a few extra minutes because I’ve been here for 14 hours” Nice right I left my house at 6:00 AM this morning And it’s now 9:55 PM How ma... read more
Sat here for over 2 hours as the machine kept telling us 30 min to be seen! This is NOT a minute clinic! I will be going to Walgreens from now on!! They where quick!! Less then 15 min there and we where done!!!!
Horrible pharmacy pick up line, people scattered everywhere waiting to check out or waiting for scripts. They should corral us all with like TJMaxx so we know we are waiting on a line and not just hanging out
Need to speed up the Minute Clinic or rename it Hours Clinic...2nd person in line and ive been waiting an hour already.

PLAN HOURS TO WAIT My Dr sent in a prescription at 1:23 on a Sunday afternoon, knowing CVS would need time to fill it, I did a few errands and stopped in at 2:45 - should be ready right? NOT!!! The clerk at Pick Up couldn't find me in the computer - I'm told to go to "Drop Off" window and see them. After some confusion over my name the prescription is entered and I'm told to take a seat.
