I recently had a dental surgery, and was given at least 2 different sets of instructions for my anti-biotics. I called today to try to clarify which were the right instructions. I spoke to a man named Jeff who was extremely rude, and barely let me get a word in edgewise, The instructions on the bottle said to take every 8 hours (The doctor who prescribed it to me said to take in in the morning and at night), and was treated like an idiot because I didn't know that 8 hours apparently meant around 6 hours.
