I visited this branch a little while ago, and my experience was very disappointing. One of the employees called me “stupid” and completely ignored my questions. This behavior is unacceptable, and I hope the staff will be trained to treat customers with respect.
CVS Pharmacy at 165 Main Street in Fort Lee really went above and beyond with all the help we received during my wife's cancer battle with chemo and radiation therapy. My wife passed away on Aug. 23, 2024 and during my wife's hospital visits which required a ton of medications, CVS pharmacy was always there to help and expedite her medications. Even with any issues the pharmacists called my Insurance company & Englewood hospital, they straightened everything out without any stress put on my wife or myself. I will be forever ... read more
