Took 81/2 hours , 7 very frustrating phone calls and 3 different CVS locations to get an urgent RX filled. Beyond frustrating, spoke to several different CVS associates in the process and most knew nothing beyond their basic process protocol & some were flat out rude and unprofessional. The WORST experience ever with the photo department. I placed an order on 12/22/16 and went to pick it up the next day. Noone can find my pictures, noone was helpful, and the USB cables wetent working so I couldnt even try and print new pictures. I will NEVER use CVS again for any of my photo needs!!!
I just called for some help. The pharmacist was very rude to me on the phone. I understand that it is a busy pharmacy, but the level of customer service I received was disgusting. How do you treat people coming to you for help so rudely? How can you be in the health care field and dismiss someone in need? Unacceptable.
