Went the other day and no one would ring me out. I was told it was self checkout or nothing!!? ...asked for a manager and was told the same thing. I would say that is very bad customer service!! I will now be shopping at Walgreens...

I was at the end of my rope and on my third CVS pharmacy and the pharmacist Kat and Francis, went out of their way to help me get my prescription filled. She even called the doctor and she saved me $75 and allowed me to get my prescription the same day rather than waiting. While I was waiting I sat there and observed how not only the pharmacy staff but the CVS store staff interacted with the customers.
