I honestly don’t understand the positive reviews for this pharmacy. It’s the third time I’m trying to pick up my medication unsuccessfully. The first time, everyone is out to lunch. The second time, the boss has called everyone to another branch so no one is there during the hours they are supposed to be open. The third time, today, my prescription is there, but it’s ‘on hold’, because it’s a new doctor!! And this after I got there voicemails telling me the prescription is ready for pick up. What now? By far the best pharmacy in Bloomington,IN. Have only had positive experiences with pharmacists here. One of the pharmacists, is outstanding. His name is George and I wish I could recall his last name. I trust his advice, and never hesitate calling with questions I might have. Overall it is the best pharmacy in town.
This store is shifting to self service checkout kiosks and they've really slowed down the process of buying items. In addition I like having human interaction when buying in a store. If that isn't part of the process, why not buy everything online?
