Yesterday, on 2/9/16 (around 3pm), the older blonde woman working at the pharmacy window rudely handed back my prescription, saying they did not carry it. I asked if another CVS did and without checking, she replied she did not know but reiterated that they did not carry it there. I just got off the phone with corporate and learned that as I had suspected, she could have offered to call it in. There is no excuse for this, particularly not from a customer service standpoint.
I dropped my prescription of to the store pharmacy and was told it would be ready in hour. Battling cancer stage 3 I still continue to work 4days 12hrdays in the health care field. Live in the granville village. I was diagnosed with cancer in May. My company doesnt offer medical insurance so after 75,000.00 in bills not covered by medicaid, from missing 8wks off work i finally was approved.
