I am handicap so my health worker went to get my prescription so the girl which I do have her name was rude and lied about my medication being there when I received a text saying it was ready,She seen my last name and address and denied me my medication because already taken her to court for child endangerment .my daughter went next night and was told somebody pick it up ,when i never got my prescription
First time having a script filled at CVS, due to an insurance change...computer system malfunctioned, would not accept an updated phone number. Mediocre experience!
We are so very appreciative of Parth—he went above and beyond in both his customer care and professionalism! My son got sick while we were out of town and I had to fill a script the same day we had to catch our flight home. We were on an extremely tight turnaround in terms of making it to the airport. Our script was not yet ready when we went to pick it up.
