Recommendedwent through the drive though and got prescriptions nice and easy
Sadly CVS has gone downhill when it comes to customer service. I need my account info crossed over to a new email address... and I've told them many times that my phone does not get service anymore and yet they still try to call me. when they do get to their messages 3 weeks after I send one... they still ask for a phone number... which I can't use because of not having service. They do not listen and then they forget about you.
Just left CVS on tower in superior wi. Rude counter girl had to get her to wait on me she was stocking shelves but not keeping an eye on the counter . Bill was 122.15. gave her 2-100s then 15 cents She had already entered the 200 said ugh I just entered the 200 now I have to do it over to add the 15 cents she did know how much I was suppose to get back I said 78$ gave me my Change, walked away no thank you or anything. Right now my wife has been on the phone or 25 mins with the pharmacy, trying to renew her prescription. This is not the first time this has happened. We are switching pharmacies.
