Went to the drive through window to pick up my prescription; tried to give my insurance card to the employee and was ignored. I have fairly new insurance, so I was pretty sure CVS didn’t have it on file. I was handed my prescription, told my insurance doesn’t cover it and “It’s only $14,” so I assumed CVS somehow received my insurance from my doctor.
