I hate the people who work here. They're not only rude but also don't do their damn jobs and use Good RX codes when given them. We're all struggling under the current administration, and you can't be bothered to do your job and type in RX codes to ensure I get my medication for the price it should be already? Wow. I had to make a scene for the jerk behind the counter to run them finally. He also smiled when I started tearing up. The red head with the face hair. Switching pharmacies ASAP
Poor service over the phone and difficulty reaching staff. Business hours for pharmacy are wrong and close earlier than stated. Staff try their best but it’s easy to become frustrated with them as the protocol and company standards are very much aligned to create conflict between consumers and staff. While not the greatest either, Walgreens at least answer the phones without looping around in the automated system.
People were super friendly. The dude with the awesome beard helped me out and I have no issues with him. Only reason for 4/5 is because their computer had issues when getting my prescription, so there was a little bit of a delay, but not terrible.
