Helpful, professional staff
This is the best pharmacy in the East Bay, and unfortunately I've been to a lot of them--in Oakland, Walnut Creek, and Berkeley. They are kind, they remember details about you, they never seem impatient. Everyone on this team goes out of their way to accommodate me, and I see them be patient with everyone they work with. This team makes going to the pharmacy--usually the worst part of my day--genuinely pleasurable. I love the team at 1414 University Avenue--the nicest people, the best-stocked pharmacy.
Excellent little CVS pharmacy - it is always clean, the lines are usually short, and the pharmacy techs and pharmacists are wonderful.
