Long lines at the pick up window for meds
My wife had surgery, she was in great pain. This CVS (which is our pharmacy that we use all the time) said they were backed up and would have the prescription filled in 2 hours. Two and a half hours later I went there and was told it would be another 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I called and was told it would be another 30 minutes. When I remarked (perhaps wrongly) how long could it take to put the pills in the bottle? My wife is in pain, the pharmacist, told me she didn't appreciate me demeaning her job. I hate CVS. ! Pharmacy closed at 6pm on a Saturday ! Worthless !!!
Every time I come here the pharmacy has problems, long lines, poorly staffed and poorly managed. Two thumbs down for CVS !!!!!!
