I think this place and atmos energy are competing for the worst place to deal with in abilene. Absolutely the laziest most useless pharmacy ever having to deal with. I hate needing medication Sunday afternoons when all the others are closed and having to give this place my service. I have no idea why it gave it 5 stars but I wouldn't even rank this place with 1!
Worst customer service I have ever received!!!! Will be making phone calls about our experience!!!!
I understand the Pharmacy dept. is busy but they need to tell people realistic wait time. Telling someone, "15 mins" every 15 mins is ridiculous. I've been here for more than an hour. Had you been honest I could have gone home and came when you got your stuff together.
Become a member. Great savings when you scan card at kiosk. Very much worth it considering it's 24 hrs and very expensive the membership rewards help :/
Worst pharmacy EVER. My prescription should have been ready, but wasn't, and the wrong amount was charged. Not only that, but my prescription was incorrect. If you make a mistake quickly fix it.
