Attempted to get a prescription transferred to them from another pharmacy. The young lady on the phone was rude, curt and made no attempt to be helpful. It seemed as if I was an imposition.

I went in to pickup my prescriptions. One wasn’t ready. I was told it would take 30 minutes. No problem I told the tech I would wait. I get a phone call that my prescription was rejected. Once again no problem I can have my dr fix it. I expressed this was the 2nd time my dr made a mistake but it was fine I could get it fixed. I told the tech I would meet her at the counter to pick up the prescription and my medication that was filled. They have a rack at 50% off items that are not 50% off and when they do a price check and realize that it's not properly marked they do not care to change it. The manager was even present at the front desk and he acts oblivious. Unprofessional.

Absolutely hate having to deal with the pharmacy. They are rude and incompetent when it comes to customer service. Would not recommend.

Cashier who was the manager took my CVS card phone number said it didn't work then kept my .40 cents change. I didn't argue I was in a hurry because I was buying antihistamine for a bad reaction to a bug bite. But amazingly my number worked just fine the next morning. This is not my first time getting screwed by a employee by using their own rewards card when n mine conveniently "doesn't work" always read your receipts.

Rudest pharmacy cashier I've ever experienced. The pharmacist with an accent was nice...but the other lady that was just working was awful and THANKYOU so much for rolling your eyes and saying "oh my god" when I asked if my son could take his medicine with food. Also making me wait another hour even though his prescription was called in at 2pm. Will never be back.

I dropped my prescription off just after 12. I was told it would be ready in an hour. She didn't say anything regarding insurance and I just assumed it was because I have filled prescriptions there previously. She did verify my phone number. 4 hours later I came to pick it up just to be told that my insurance had not been verified. The lady argued with me about my card not being correct even though I've used it THERE before. So the outside is covered in signs that say the pharmacy is open 24hrs. It isn't. It closes on the weekends. There are not any signs that say that. And your cashier is extremely rude and looked at me and my wife like we where stupid when we asked about it, fire her immediately. Didn't catch her name but she was the cashier working at 8:08pm Saturday the 11th of June. Shouldn't be to hard to narrow it down. Fix the signs on the outside of your store so you aren't wasting people's time.
