The CVS pharmacy on Huntington Drive in Pasadena is where i go to get new medications and to get renewals. In my experience they are knowledgeable about the medications I need and explain how to take the medications. They are always very friendly and helpful. I feel they give me assistance of medications. I feel safe in following their directives.
Maybe not all CVS pharmacies, but this particular CVS pharmacy is exceptional. The pharmacists are not only very knowledgeable but always eager to go the extra mile. There is never much of a line — big contrast with the Baldwin CVS where there’s always a line and I don’t feel I get the personalized service that I do at this location. It’s always a pleasant experience here, maybe a bit like one you’d find in a small town where EKYN ;-)
It’s very unfortunate to see the reviews that are rated based on the parking lot… which is weird because there is always parking if you’re willing to walk a few hundred feet at the very most! Customers are potentially missing out on doing business with a great pharmacy because this particular CVS pharmacy is exceptional.
