I can't remember how often my medicine orders have been messed up. Either they can't fulfill all the items because they're out of stock, or there are other issues. The lack of communication and failure to inform me about these problems have resulted in numerous frustrating calls back and forth.
I just tried to get my prescription and the lady said they are closing for lunch. There are no signs to say they are closed and my prescriptions were ready . To her credit she was rudely going to do it quickly and then the machine broke. As soon as I pick up my prescription I’m transferring it to another location.
