I have tried to transfer my prescriptions which did not happen. I tried calling and can't get past the AI. Then when I actually get a person they want to interrupt. I changed my prescriptions to another pharmacy where it took one call to be connected immediately to a live person who assisted me in transferring my prescriptions but CVS had no time to do that without an angry call to accomplish this. Now I will get automatic refills with txt confirmation without having to do one dam thing. I will never ever use CVS for anythin... read more
1st they send a text and talk to my wife that her prescription would be done at 6 pm. I go to pick it up and as usual with this location, it’s not done. The girl tells me that she can get it for if I want to wait. I say yes if it won’t be long and she goes to get the prescription. During this time 2 sets of people come to get meds! I’m still sitting there waiting for her to take care of both of them! After 12 minutes she says yours are ready and grabs from the counter right next to the register!!
