Poorly stocked cashiers were not rude but definitely, not concerned with customer service. Went there for some milk and cereal and to my surprise, there wasn't a single half gallon full gallon etc in the whole store.

I have tried to transfer my prescriptions which did not happen. I tried calling and can't get past the AI. Then when I actually get a person they want to interrupt. I changed my prescriptions to another pharmacy where it took one call to be connected immediately to a live person who assisted me in transferring my prescriptions but CVS had no time to do that without an angry call to accomplish this. Now I will get automatic refills with txt confirmation without having to do one dam thing. I will never ever use CVS for anythin... read more
