More pharmacy staff. They are too understaffed. It’s a shame. I feel sorry for the employees that do actually care.
My physician called me an additional prescription. Because my insurance wouldn't pay $9. They filed it, did not call me and give the option to pay for it. Then tell me when I called them about it, that because it was a repeat refill, I need a police report about the 1st prescription. It was 15 pills, hardly a abuse. CVS decided my medical needs. I didn't know a doctor worked there. I am going without my medication.
