CVS Pharmacy in Wentzville is a complete nightmare to deal with and has been for months. Every time you call, you wait on hold for 20+ mins to speak with someone. Every time you go to pick up, you wait in line for 40+ mins. I’ve been patient long enough but finally had my fill tonight going to pick up my moms blood pressure medication. Apparently, it’s on nationwide backorder but they failed to communicate that. Doctor office called in three Rx at 2pm. Stopped by at 3:30 and nothing was ready. Was told it would be 40 minutes so I said I would come back. Came back at 6:45 and one was ready, another they didn’t know about until I told them (of course it WAS in their system) and the other was going to be ready “by 9pm”....when they close. So over this place...😡
This pharmacy never has my prescriptions ready. I have to call to refill my prescriptions that are on auto fill. I have currently been on hold for an hour trying to talk to someone to see when my prescription will be ready. If I didn’t have to use CVS because of my insurance, I definitely wouldn’t!!!
