Fast and excellent service. Always 100% helpful
First off the staff is great at my prefered CVS in Bourbonnais IL . What is really bad is CVS corporate. Patients are ignored and treated poorly. The relationship between CVS owning Aetna insurance and forcing us to use their CVS pharmacy is a conflict of interest. When the insurance company can save money by controlling prescribed medications there is a problem. Patients are forced to use the app which seldom works. The best pharmacy around. Super efficient and the staff is so caring.
They refuse to allow you to call and talk to a person. You must leave a voice message and hope they call you back (twice they didn’t). When they do call you back every person you talk to will be rude and act like you’re inconveniencing them. They will then poorly explain the situation in monotone.
