CVS has always been in my opinion disorganized and overpriced products. I called CVS Reading Road today to the number that the hospital gave me and 2 times was treated rude. The last person said this number is only for providers , cutting anything I said, did not transfer me. I apologized and said I would Google their number then. I just wanted to make sure if the prescription was received bc their system called me but the pharmacy says they do not even have a file on him. Super rude was just trying to check a status for patient medication that he’s doctor had sent there . Immediately hostile tone and no did not want to help with information. Just being dismissive and rude. Hope you treat your patients better.
