It should never take nearly 7 hours to fill 2 prescriptions, especially when one is an inhaler. Finished Dr appt at 11:10am. Wasted an entire day being miserable bc my prescriptions were “being processed “ and now sitting here in their lobby at 7:15 pm bc it’ll just be 10 more minutes.
They have lost prescriptions the doctor sent countless times. The staff at the Ellisville store is unfriendly and down right rude. Instead of trying to help they tell you maybe you should take your business elsewhere. Great customer service!! NOT
