Changed my phone number in their system right away unlike the cvs in schnucks. Also, they carry the name brand version of my prescription instead of the generic. I was able to get multiple packs of my prescription at once like my doctor ordered instead of one. The women I’ve had help me have been so much nicer also. Best CVS on highway K don’t go to schnucks.

Disappointing experience. Visiting from out of town, I woke up very ill and had a prescription called in early in the morning. The CVS pharmacy’s posted opening time was 9:00 a.m., yet no staff arrived until 9:15. While waiting, I asked nearby Target employees if anyone was coming, and they casually remarked, “They’re usually late,” with no clear timeframe. This is on Highway K -Target and CVS cheated us, we filled a prescription for Epiphrenine and we got the shot that expires in 9 months and we paid $110 for it. It doesn’t even last a school year. When we spoke with the pharmacy they said they can’t do anything as the manufacturer is sending them that way. When we challenged she said we can’t take it back even if it’s a mistake. So basically we paid for an expiring medicine and now Target and CVS are playing with customers for money and offer no recourse
