I spent one hour on the hold today same thing last week, they will not answer their phone, also when you call in a prescription it is never ready on time, also girl working front counter when she was not waiting on customers she just stood her out she could have answered the phone. idiotic management and pharmacist seems to have an attitude
I have to use CVS but I wish I did not. My medicine is never ready. I went to Doctor yesterday and he prescribed some medicine. Sent it in. Today over 24 hours later I went to CVS. They had prescription but hadn’t filled it yet. Waited 1 1/2 hour but I wasn’t only one!
you need to investigate your Texarkana, AR CVS. You might want to do a pill count. And/or test your Pharmacy personnel to see if they can read and count. They give wrong medications and wrong quantities when they fill prescriptions. Those that worked 9/08/2014 and today 09/09/2014. I will never have my mother's medication filled there EVER again.
