Pharmacy customer service is super poor! Pharmacy techs seem lost I waited over an hour in drive-through (4 cars in line) to pick up my medication only to be told that I had to go back in line (at this time another 6 cars were lined up) because when the medication was dropped off someone failed to verify with the insurance! The insurance was given at the time of drop off! I only switched to Cvs because it was right outside our neighborhood I never had these kind of issues with Walgreens!
