Carol was VERY rude when I picked up my scripts today. I’ve been in the customer service industry for 30 years, I just don’t understand why service industry people feel the need to be rude. If you DONT like your job, find a new one, don’t take it out on your customers. Very simple.

I genuinely love this cvs. Pharmacist have been nice staff is very efficient. GREAT people. What I don’t like, the pharmacy doesn’t open till 10am even on weekdays! I also don’t love the lack of drive through.
