The pharmacist here must hate there job, they never address you when your in line, and there rude as hell. Need to take a class in customer service. Also not sure the lady’s name but she asked if I wanted a Covid shot/ flu shots, when I said no she said out loud how am I ever gonna get my bonus if no one gets there shots. So unprofessional!
Since I do not use corporate pharmacies, having to use, due to Medicare, CVS, gave me a lot of anxiety. This Fort Gratiot location was excellent with me.
This pharmacy is Fantastic. The experience is definitely a 10. Thank you to all the employees for making me feel like a person and not just a name.
