I always enjoy visiting this CVS pharmacy. Staff is always great, helpful and friendly.
The phone system is one of the most frustrating I've ever used. It seems intentionally designed to prevent callers from reaching a real person or the department they need. Instead, you're sent through endless automated menus that waste your time and leave you without answers. A customer service phone system should help people, not create obstacles. This system needs a complete overhaul to make it easier for customers to get the assistance they need.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received yesterday at your CVS Pharmacy in Rosenberg, Texas. I have been a customer at this location for more than ten years, and once again, your team demonstrated the professionalism and care that keep me coming back.
