I will begin by noting that I have had many negative experiences with this company as a whole. Other locations have had me chasing my tail and feeling far more anger than I should for a store. However, this location has consistently been absolutely incredible. Every member of their team demonstrates incredibly professional behavior while also approaching each interaction with a level of energy, positivity and delight that I would not expect from a pharmacy or any retail personnel after serving a line of 10 grouchy people. The lady at the pharmacy counter Mary, was so rude with us the customer and with her coworkers also.she keeping putting my name and my daughter DOB wrong making her unable to find us on the system. She did my order wrong and just call the other customer to help. At the end the pharmacist come to help us , a total of 4 clients that Mary just tossed at side with out helping us or explaining what was going on. The worse experience at CVS at Wellesley I had have since they open .
Excellent helpful pharmacy staff.
